Psychologists in Critical Care Group

Psychologists are an integral part of the critical care team providing input to patients and their loved ones either during their stay in ICU or following their discharge home. They can also support staff to manage the psychological work of intensive care.

This group was formed to unite psychologists working within critical care across the Thames Valley and Wessex region. The group provides a forum for collaboration, peer support and sharing of best practice. The group provides opprtunities to share learning outcomes to promote and develop psychology services within the intensive care setting.
