Follow Up Group
The Follow Up Group was formed to better understand the current provision of inpatient and outpatient follow up services across our Network and to support those looking to implement or expand their service.
The group undertook a benchmarking exercise to provide data and identify gaps in the service, resulting in the creation of a directory of the provision across the Network.
The meetings offer a chance to share learning and experience and offer peer support. Guest speakers often attend the meeting and have previously presented topics such as post-ICU ward care, psychological interventions in critical care, and peer support groups for patients and relatives.
