Kent, Surrey and Sussex Adult Critical Care ODN Nurse Retention Survey 2025/26

The South West, Thames Valley & Wessex, and Kent, Surrey & Sussex Adult Critical Care Networks have released the results of the 2025/26 Nurse Retention Survey, with 1,066 nurses responding across 56 critical care units. This work builds on previous surveys undertaken in 2021 and 2022, providing an important insight into the experiences, wellbeing, and intentions of the critical care nursing workforce.
