Kent, Surrey and Sussex Adult Critical Care Operational Delivery Network May Leadership event
Kent, Surrey and Sussex Adult Critical Care Operational Delivery Network hosted 38 senior critical care nurses to a Network Leadership study event at the Copthorne Effingham hotel on the 10th of May, 2023.
The event was facilitated by Dr Jeanne Hardacre, an Organisational Psychologist from Impact4Health Consulting. The sessions at the leadership event ranged from connecting as human beings at work to practical tools and strategies to supporting team dynamics, compassionate leadership and embedding psychological safety at work.
Delegates at the event provided feedback on their satisfaction and the relevance of the sessions provided to their development as clinical leaders in critical care.
