Kent, Surrey and Sussex ACC ODN Free virtual Network leadership study event
10 attendees from various adult critical care units within the KSS ACC network have concluded a virtual leadership event titled 'Leading in a Pandemic'. This was facilitated by Flt Lt Ronan Ging earlier today. This event was freely provided to critical care staff within the Network with the aim of improving their skills as Clinical Leaders. Delegates have reported the relevance of the course content in supporting their role as a leader in critical care. A delegate provided the following feedback "my future leadership style will be reinforced by the content covered in this session"
