Kent, Surrey and Sussex ACC ODN Free Network Leadership event
9 attendees from various adult critical care units within the KSS ACC network have concluded a virtual leadership event titled 'Leading in a Pandemic'. This was facilitated by Flt Lt Ronan Ging earlier today, the 10th of March 2023. The event was freely provided to critical care staff within the Network with the aim of improving their skills as Clinical Leaders. Participants related in the evaluation form how relevant and helpful the course is for their critical care leadership role and were reminded of the importance of leading by good example, being approachable and how leadership actions influence practise.
We are glad this course has been useful in improving the leadership competence of staff within the Adult critical care units within the Network.
