Education
In hand with Clinical Leads and Practice educators, we support the delivery and funding of educational activities within critical care units in the Network
Capacity and Planning
We support equal access of critical care and specialist pathway services within Units in the Network. Furthermore, providing Units and NHS England regional teams with daily capacity data and local insights and intelligence.
Workforce
The Network works in hand with Unit Leads to strategize and support Workforce retention and wellbeing through various measures. One of this was creating a Network wide Survey to understand the needs of the Critical care workforce in units within our Network.
Quality Assurance
Through Network peer-review visits, Benchmarking exercises, Analysis of Stocktakes and Gap analysis, we strive to ensure that Critical Care units within our Network are supported to deliver quality and evidenced-based services to Users.
